Sam is passionate about helping people improve their movement and regain total confidence in their physical capabilities. Having served as a head physiotherapist for the Queensland Firebirds and worked extensively with national Football Australia squads (including the Junior Matildas and Junior Socceroos), he brings elite-level insight to everyday care. He specializes deeply in lower limb health, with a particular focus on runners, track and field athletes, and comprehensive knee care—ranging from adolescent growing pains and tendon issues to osteoarthritis and both surgical and conservative ACL management.
With over 30 years of clinical experience, Andrew takes a thoroughly holistic and highly analytical approach to understanding the human body. He is an expert in advanced gait and walking biomechanics, utilizing this deep knowledge to trace persistent, non-standard movement habits back to their root physical cause. Andrew thrives on helping patients find lasting relief from chronic, complex musculoskeletal issues, with a strong focus on debilitating lower back, pelvic, and sacroiliac joint (SIJ) pain, as well as chronic headaches and migraines.
Nikki holds a Master of Sports Physiotherapy and brings a wealth of on-field experience across football (soccer), netball, cricket, and tennis. Alongside her comprehensive care for acute sports injuries and surgical rehabilitation, Nikki is our clinic's premier dry needling expert and actively teaches these techniques to other practitioners. She also has a dedicated focus on managing complex neurological presentations, offering specialized care for severe headache and migraine disorders, concussion recovery, and vestibular dizziness issues.
Bringing over 13 years of clinical practice, Chanthalah uniquely blends evidence-guided physical treatment with the mindful movement and nervous system resetting of a trained yoga teacher. Her diverse focus spans from treating performing artists—including ballet dancers, contemporary performers, and theater artists—to managing complex upper limb and shoulder conditions. She also provides deeply supportive, specialized care aimed at helping women navigate and relieve persistent multi-site joint pain and neural sensitivity during the challenging transition of menopause.
Alex utilizes a comprehensive, whole-body approach to guide patients through structural lower limb injuries, specializing heavily in severe ankle sprains and post-operative knee reconstructions. He takes pride in mapping out realistic milestone-based programs tailored to your life's demands. Alex has a strong interest in supporting active endurance athletes like runners and triathletes, as well as providing specialized recovery and impact-conditioning pathways for contact athletes competing in rugby and AFL.
Addam utilizes targeted remedial massage and deeply focused manual soft tissue treatment to relieve physical strain. His practice is centered around locating areas of chronic tightness, easing localized muscle soreness, and calming the body's natural defense bracing. He is an excellent choice for anyone looking to reduce day-to-day physical stress, resolve deep muscular tension, or improve overall soft tissue flexibility alongside their physical therapy.
